Friday 5th December sees our final Very Best In Stand Up of 2025 with four more top acts bringing the laughter at Nantwich Civic Hall.
Compering the show we have Danny McLoughlin. Chester based comic Danny has a razor sharp wit and can find big laughs with any subject matter. One half of the increasingly popular ‘Proper Rank’ Podcast with fellow comic Brennan Reece, Danny’s assured and engaging stage presence makes him one of our most demanded acts from audience members.
Opening up the show, We have Sam Avery. Along with his stand up comedy tours, Sam is also known as the ‘Learner Parent’, which has accrued over a quarter of a million followers. Sam is currently in the middle of a huge UK tour for his latest show, Thunderstorm and is a regular closing act at clubs and theatres across the UK.
Our middle act will be announced in the next week. Our originally planned act can no longer make the show, due to personal circumstances but we hope to welcome her back very soon.
Closing the show will be an absolute stalwart of the UK comedy scene and the perfect act to see off 2025’s Very Best In Stand Up. Crowned best UK headliner by the UK Comedy Awards, Andy Askins will be bringing his unique and original style of comedy back to Nantwich. Proving that his brand of comedy is universally appealing, Andy continues to delight comedy audiences at comedy clubs and theatres as far and wide as Switzerland, Belgium, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Bangkok and the UAE.
